Our plots are in the province of Valladolid, spread across two zones under Rueda DO: La Seca with gravelly and sandy-loamy soils and Rueda with loamy clay soils.

Description

Winemaking techniques

Maceration on the skins (around 12 hours). Pneumatic pressing – cold settling – yeasting. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperatures. Maturation in stainless steel vats on fine lees for around three months.

Tasting notes

A straw yellow appearance with green touches. Intense and bright. Intense and fresh on the nose with chopped herb and fruit aromas. Rounded, soft and rich on the palate. White fruit and fennel notes as well as dried fruit, highlighting its maturation on fine lees.
